How does an Eddyline kayak handle in “chop”?Updated 3 months ago
Eddyline kayaks, including our little Sky 10, handle very well in choppy water. Before paddling in any type of water, we strongly encourage our paddlers to put safety first. As a general rule, longer kayaks will handle better in choppy water than shorter kayaks. If you intend to paddle in adverse conditions, we would recommend that you consider our Lightweight Touring Series. Eddyline kayaks are designed with stability and safety in mind. We encourage paddlers to make sure they have a good [F.I.T.] with their kayak—For you, Intended use, Type of water. A good F.I.T. will enhance your safety and effective maneuverability on the water.
