A simple rinse with clean, fresh water after use is usually enough to keep your kayak clean. If your kayak is especially grungy, you can use a light soap solution to wash your kayak the same as washing your car by hand. If you would like to clean and wax at the same time, we recommend Mer-Maid Boat Wash with Carnauba Wax. Use a mild solvent like isopropyl/denatured alcohol to remove stubborn marks. Adhesive removers can be used to remove residue from decals. Never use acetone, other strong solvents, or ammonia-based cleaners on Eddyline Kayaks.
